I must confess. I didn't let my hopes reach this high-- I was hopeful, but didn't really think through all the possibilities of both houses controlled by the dems. We have a lot of thinking, planning and actions to do. I'm working on something more ...
The Obama campaign claims that Obama pulled more delegates from super Tuesday than Hillary-- 5-15 delegates more, depending upon the source. Bloomberg news reports, 'We've won more states, we've won more votes and we've won more delegates than ...

Spanish
for Educators (Book only)
by William C. , M. S. Harvey
Author
and language teacher William Harvey demonstrates
that you don't need to sit through lectures
on grammar and verb conjugations in order
to pick up a basic working knowledge of
conversational Spanish. If you're a teacher
or other professional educator, and if many
of your students and their parents are Hispanic,
you owe it to them and to yourself to develop
some ability to comprehend and make yourself
understood in normal idiomatic Spanish.
This book will help you learn to converse
in Spanish when dealing with issues of health
care, college and career guidance, classroom
instruction to young and older children,
educational administration, extracurricular
activities, and much more.

A
Bilingual Dictionary of School Terminology
(English-Spanish)
by Barbara Thuro
Spanish
Dictionary - Great for School Personnel,
January 17, 2000
Reviewer: Michael Helms (Kalamazoo, MI USA)
This
is a wonderful gift for yourself or another
school staff member. Lots of words, phrases
and sentences translated into Spanish. Categories
are wide-ranging and include such things
as office, classroom, and information great
for notes that go to or come from home.
For those teachers and staff who don't know
Spanish, this book is indespensible. My
only question is - When can we expect another
edition! Thanks to the author for
providing a much-needed resource.
